The preschool opened its door for the 2024-25 school year on Monday, September 9th. Excitement filled the hallways
and classrooms with Nursery Rhymes in the 2 and 3 year old classes while the 4 year olds raced their way to the Gold Medal talking about the Olympics. Fun stories were read and cute songs were sung. During the first few weeks the children also learned about the school rules and how to play together and share.

Our Parent Group held a Weep and Rejoice Party on the first 2 days of school for our Preschool parents. They
shared in fellowship time together while enjoying coffee and donuts. Each parent was also given a cute goodie
bag to take home with a creative poem, tissue and chocolate “kiss”. A special thank you to those parents who
orchestrated AND attended the event.  In October, the Preschool is looking forward to seeing our local firemen with their firetrucks at school so that the children can learn all about fire safety. The children will also have school pictures taken, participate in a classroom Halloween Party and have fun with spooky crafts.

R&K Sub Fundraiser for St. Paul’s Preschool – Order subs and pretzel sandwiches to help support the preschool! The money raised will be used for additional programs, updating materials and supplies for our students. Order forms will be in the Sunday bulletin October 6th. Please make checks out to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Preschool or provide cash in exact change. Turn in orders to the church office by October 25th. All sandwiches may be picked up on Tuesday, November 12th from 11:30-12 noon or 6-30 PM in the Good Shepard room.
